Trained Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to the homebound visit our parishioners who are ill or otherwise non-ambulatory, bringing Holy Communion and the weekly church bulletin.

These ministers bring Holy Communion to our homebound parishioners or those non-ambulatory parishioners in assisted living facilities, sharing their time and providing Holy Communion to ensure that the homebound and ill stay connected to their St. Jude Parish community.

Any registered and active parishioner who has completed their Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Communion & Confirmation) is eligible to be trained as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion to the Sick.  This is an excellent ministry opportunity for a married couple to participate in.
